Triratna Day Cerebrations

On this day in 1967 Sangharakshita founded the Triratna Buddhist Community. This is a chance to stand back, appreciate and express gratitude for this unique world-wide spiritual community we have all created.

2026 marks the 50th annivesary of the founding of Wellington Buddhist Centre by Achala. We will hear from him about the early days of our special part of Triratna.

There will also be a mitra ceremony. In which we will help Aislinn to mark her decision to practice more systematically within Triratna.
