Learn how postural reflexes can support a relaxed and comfortable body, vital to sitting meditation, and how a kindly attitude connects with this body awareness to aid deeper tranquillity.

This workshop will be based on Satyadevi’s long experience as an Alexander Technique and meditation teacher.

The workshop follows on from the talk Satyadevi will give at the Wellington Buddhist Centre on Tuesday the 18th October at 7.00pm. You may want to come along to that as well though it is not essential.

Wear warm loose-fitting clothing.
