The Ocean and the Waves
Over four weekly classe and a half-day workshop we will look at four themes: posture, breath, relaxation, and space, with a view to helping participants orient their practice towards a more open, spacious awareness.
Each class builds on the previous so please commit to attending all five sessions.
For Sangha members with some meditation experience only.
