Join us at the Buddhist centre for a four-week course that explores a group of meditations that help us understand and respond positively to other people and live more in harmony with others.

*(Meditation experience could be gained through attending our Tuesday night open class's, Saturday morning meditation class's or our Thursday lunch time online meditation class's.)

Do I need to be a Buddhist?

No, you do not need to be a Buddhist.

What is your cancellation policy?

It is WBC policy that we will not profit or make a loss from cancellations. If you no longer wish to attend the course your deposit will be refunded less transaction charges.

What should I wear?

Casual, comfortable clothing that you can sit in is fine.

Do I need to be able to sit on the floor?

No, we have chairs, cushions and stools. The key is to be comfortable.

Do I need to come to all four nights?

Ideally yes. If you can't make a night please let the course leader know.
