In this course you will learn two traditional forms of meditation and get guidance on posture. After each meditation you can ask questions and discuss your experience.

The course will be held at our Centre in Mount Cook over four Tuesday nights.

Do I need to be a Buddhist?

No, you do not need to be a Buddhist.

What is your cancellation policy?

It is WBC policy that we will not profit or make a loss from cancellations. If you no longer wish to attend the course your deposit will be refunded less transaction charges.

What should I wear?

Casual, comfortable clothing that you can sit in is fine.

Do I need to be able to sit on the floor?

No, we have chairs, cushions and stools. The key is to be comfortable.

Do I need to come to all four nights?

Ideally yes. If you can't make a night please let the course leader know.
