There is now extensive research showing the physical and psychological health benefits of meditation, but it is also 'food for the soul'. In this 4 week course we will look into both the practical and spiritual aspects of our two core practices of mindfulness of breathing and kindness meditation, with a view to helping you to continue at home and with others. Suitable for people new to meditation and those with some experience.

Do I need to be a Buddhist?
No, you do not need to be a Buddhist.
What is your cancellation policy?
It is WBC policy that we will not profit or make a loss from cancellations. If you no longer wish to attend the course your deposit will be refunded less transaction charges.
What should I wear?
Casual, comfortable clothing that you can sit in is fine.
Do I need to be able to sit on the floor?
No, we have chairs, cushions and stools. The key is to be comfortable.
Do I need to come to all four nights?
Ideally yes. If you can't make a night please let the course leader know.
