These are meditation sessions open to anyone who has learnt to meditate, no matter what the practice or tradition.
They will help you maintain or refresh your meditation practice. Sit in a lovely shrine-room and enjoy the warmth of meditating with others.
While not a teaching session, if you have not meditated a lot, or recently, come a few minutes early to meet the leader for that day, who tailors the session to the level of experience in the group.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a cost?
There is no charge, but we ask that those who are able to do so make a donation to the centre to help us cover our running costs. We can take donations by card or cash.
Do I need to be a Buddhist?
No, but you will need some experience of meditation.
Do I need to book?
No – just turn up!
Where to Find Us
We're upstairs at 6-8 Broomhedge St, just off Adelaide Rd. There is plenty of parking outside the centre (you can ignore the private parking signs as the other tenants only use the spaces during work hours).
