Exploring Buddhist Meditation
(Begins Friday 14th February)
This class focuses on the principles and practice of meditation from a Buddhist perspective. The emphasis is very much on meditation as a path of growth and transformation for a happier, more meaningful life.
Open to anyone, and suitable for all levels from beginners to more experienced meditators, each class will begin with a short talk and discussion on an aspect of meditation, with time for people to ask questions about their own meditation practice. A guided meditation ends the class.
