Body - Love - Space: Meditation workshop
Thursday 6 February 10:30am – 4:30pm
Opening to unconditional love - metta - means that the other "divine abodes"(brahmavihara) of compassion, joy and equanimity can begin to manifest appropriately - even spontaneously - in our lives and interactions with others.
The divine abodes are also known as the "boundless qualities"(apramana) and on this day meditation workshop we'll explore the divine abodes themselves together with our sense of space, bounds and limits, so that these qualities can become truly unbounded.
All welcome - wear warm loose fitting clothing. Please bring simple vegetarian food for a shared lunch.
Suggested donation: $40 ($25 low income)
This event is free to book. The centre runs on donations and it would be appreciated if you give a donation on the day or while booking. Cash and Eftpos available.
