Alexander Technique: – An Introductory Day
Saturday 2 September 10:30am – 4:30pm
A one – day introductory workshop for beginners led by Satyadevi.
The Alexander Technique is a re-education of the way you move and use your body in everyday activities, a way to help recover some of the natural, stress–free movement you enjoyed as a small child.
In this workshop you will learn how unhelpful postural patterns and misuse of your body can be prevented, so your body can once again become a delightful play of natural forces working in harmony with gravity.
Once you learn the Alexander Technique, the new awareness gained can be applied to whatever you are doing.
