Saturday 29 July, 10:30am – 4:00pm

Every moment we live, we feel. In this day retreat we will look at the first part of 16 contemplations in the Buddha’s Anapanasati Sutta on Impermanence.

Firstly we will focus on the body and use the breath to deepen and calm the mind and relax the body.

Then based in that awareness we will focus on vedana – feeling – and the power we all have to harness those feelings of joy, contentment and love, that lead towards from liberation.

Suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced meditators.

Please bring some vegetarian food for lunch.
