Meditation Class: A Taste of Meditation

Mondays, 5.30pm – 6.30pm

This drop-in class is aimed at beginners to meditation.  You will be gently led through meditations to calm the mind and lighten the heart.  Afterwards you are welcome to stay for a short discussion about meditation or Buddhism.
