Wednesdays, 12.30pm – 1.30pm
These drop-in classes are designed for complete newcomers to meditation, or for those who want to get back into meditation.
You will be taught one of two practices: either the Mindfulness of Breathing to develop calmness and focus, or the Metta Bhavana (development of loving kindness) to generate positive emotion towards yourself and others.
Afterward you will have an opportunity to talk about your experience and gain some tips to help you deepen your practice
Suggested koha/donation: $10 (waged) / $7 (low income).
