Don’t have time to meditate? Want to learn but not sure if you can sit still for 5 minutes? Come and be led through simple relaxed meditations to release tension and develop positive, clarity of mind.
Lunchtime Meditation Class
Wednesdays 12:30pm to 1:30pm
This class is ideal for newcomers wanting to learn and discuss Buddhist meditation or those needing to refresh ongoing practice in guided sessions.
Suggested donation: $10 (waged) / $7 (low income)
