Beginner’s Meditation

Meditation Class: A Taste of Meditation

Tuesdays, 5.30pm – 6.30pm

This drop-in class is aimed at beginners to meditation.  You will be gently led through meditations to calm the mind and lighten the heart.  Afterwards you are welcome to stay for a short discussion about meditation or Buddhism.

Please note the last class for 2017 is 12 December. We will reopen on 30 January 2018.

Drop-in Meditation and Discussion Group

Wednesdays 12:15pm to 1:15pm  

This class is ideal for newcomers wanting to learn and discuss Buddhist meditation or those needing to refresh ongoing practice in guided sessions.
