Alexander Technique

In meditation our posture can play a big part in our mental states. An uncomfortable or cramped posture can really hinder our meditation. The Alexander Technique is a simple and practical method for improving poise, vitality and co-ordination.

Alert and Relaxed; Body and Mind

Wednesdays, 5.15pm – 6.30pm

This drop-in class is based on Alexander Technique bodywork together with meditation. It will help you to become more comfortable in your body, both inside and outside of meditation, allowing your mind to move towards its limitless potential

These time-tested practices are led by Satyadevi, a qualified Alexander Technique and experienced meditation teacher.
